1. POULTRY FARMING: This is one of the Gold-mine farming business that
as been existing for a Longtime now and the potential as been
limitless, poultry involves raising birds artificially under the
control of man and birds that can consider for Poultry includes;
chicken, turkey, quail, goose, guinea fowl, duck and lots more you can
start a Poultry farm business because it as a more promising future
especially with the continous increase in population.
2. FISH FARMING:

infact we are still the highest importer of rice in the world record due to our
population density but in other to help boost rice production
President Goodluck has stopped the importation of rice into the country
so that we will spend the money on improving our own rice production
at the local level.
Its another good season for rice farmers and those
who intend to start rice farming as the richest man in Africa
"Aliko dangote" promise to invest 300 million dollars into Rice production of
this country rhis statement he made at the recently concluded
"World executive forum at Davos switzerland"
so with all this happenings indeed Rice production will improve and the rice farmers will have a
new story to tell its not too late you can start-up rice farming.
4. SNAIL FARMING: This is a little more of a up-coming business its still
fragile in the industry both for the early adopters they have realize
the million dollars potential in snairy, the fact tha snails doesn't
have blood makes their meat highly recommended for health purpose and
their palatability as also make most restuarants and hotel to order
for me infact there is a snail farming in Ogun state that export
processed snails out of the country and earn foreign exchange through
that, one major advantage is that there are alot of people out there
that are continually ready to buy your snail at a very lucrative price
and snail is one of the easiest animal to raise, they are less
demanding and they grow fast, opportunities in snairy are limitless
the earlier the better.
5. CASSAVA PRODUCTION: this is a wealth
pulling business in Nigeria the amazing thing is how nigerians as
realy been able to discover the wealtrh potential in cassava farming
and how the business as grown beyond measures within a very short
period. Infact "shonga farm" in Ilorin kwara state a large commercial
farm holding, started around 2008 monitored and financed by the
federal government of the state as been the largest producer of
cassava in the whole of africa market.
Another reason why the business
as grown so fast is because cassava can grow in any lan no matter the
nature and precisely most nigeria states are good land for cassava
farming, you can process cassava and export it to other countries and
earn foreign exchange.
I think cassava is becoming more lucrative than oil.
6. CATTLE PRODUCTION: This is a big time investment i Nigeria
with so many opportunities in it.
Its can be a lifetime investment as
this is one of the major source of meat for Nigerians. Most often
except for commercial government farms feeding of cattle is taking care
of by grazing of grassland, note:

thing but its

7. PIG FARMING:
i personally call this one a RICH-MAN-BIZ. Pig production
as successfuly made it way into the country industry as een doing
well, another major advantage is the fact that they are easy to breed,
their gestation period if 3month, 3weeks and 3days.
If well fed they
grow very fast and infact there seems to be more market demand in the
foreign countries thus, you earn foreign exchange. You can aswell sell
pigs locally to restuarnats, hotels and many organisations that makes
use of pork meat.
8. HONEY-BEE FARMING:
the way honey bee farming as
turned out from what it use to be years ago i don't seems to
understand.
This business as transformed so fast and make it way into
the industry with unlimited market potential and ready buyer.
Well, we
can trace the improvement to the fact that honey as so many health
benefits, others consider it a good alternative to sugar, and most
food producing industry use honey as raw materials thee are many
honey-bee farmers that run their business on various platforms in Ogun
state and sell their Honey at a good price in lagos state i recommend
this business.
9.GRASS CUTTER FARMING: the farmers that are laready
into business are the only one that can tell us how lucrative this
business will turn out to be in the next five year, the constant
growth of the business can be trace down to the fact that most
hospitals recommend grasscutter meat for various patients with health
issues, and also grasscutter grows very fast and makes good market
value in terms of their weight they are less stressful and simple to
produce. Farmers are becoming observant and interested in raising
grasscutters in thousands and even millions of them just to meet up
with the demand for the meat,
